You were in an incident. Now what?

If you’re involved in an accident, here’s what to do at the scene:

• Stop
• Stay calm
• Don’t leave the scene
• Move yourself to a safe location
• Get help for anyone injured
• Contact the police

Once those steps are taken, collect the following information as best as you can. One way to collect this information is to take pictures with your mobile phone of the following:

• Name, phone number, insurance company, and policy number of the other drivers/operator(s)
• Photos of your bike and the other vehicles/bikes involved

After the information is collected, please call us at 800-242-2464 to report your motorcycle claim.
